Afghanistan, 'Hurricane' Hazel and Radio that May Contain Nuts

Learn what it's like to interview the last Soviet cosmonaut, listen to a personal account of Mayor Hazel McCallion's remarkable life or consider the evolution of NATO's role in Afghanistan since 9/11-an eclectic and fascinating mix of topics mark the spring 2010 Canadian Perspectives Lecture Series at the University of Toronto Mississauga.

The lectures will take place at 10 a.m. on Thursdays from April 29 to May 27 in room 2074, South Building, U of T Mississauga, 3359 Mississauga Road N. The series costs $55 per person; individual lectures cost $12 each, with the exception being the May 13 lecture that includes lunch ($20).
