Parm ThindParm Thind

Parm has strong research and leadership experience. Most recently, she worked with the United Nations Association as part of the Canadian Green Corps Program researching the circular economy, clean technology and green job growth.

Parm graduated from McGill University with Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Sciences.
In her spare time, she enjoys playing sports, travelling and being outdoors.

Jake RanotJacob Ranot

Jake joins MMI after completing his Bachelor of Medical Sciences degree at the University of Western Ontario. He is seeking project management or consulting roles within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.

Jake has volunteered overseas as an assistant paramedic and also enjoys playing ultimate Frisbee. 

Hannah McIsaac Hannah McIsaac

Hannah is a graduate of McMaster University’s Life Sciences program and spent one semester abroad in England.  During her studies, Hannah was active in student life and volunteered with Love for Lupus, as well as TEAD which is an equestrian facility for the disabled. 

After completing her MMI degree, Hannah hopes to work in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical sector.
