With the rise of digital technology, pharmaceutical companies are facing increased pressure to adopt new strategies in order to enhance product sales, or reduce costs associated with sales. The goal of this presentation is to design a digital engagement strategy for Zinbryta, a treatment for relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS), for adults showing an inadequate response to two or more MS drugs. To accomplish this, we propose an eDetailing strategy, which uses interactive digital media to facilitate the presentation of drug information to physicians. Research and physician testimonials provide evidence that traditional detailing methods are becoming increasingly ineffective as physicians have less time to spend with sales reps and the information they value is not readily available. We plan to improve this by implementing a gated web-based portal for physicians that aims to consolidate all the critical information needed to support a prescription decision. Additionally, the portal will decrease the need to contact the medical affairs team with questions as the information can easily be found on the portal. The web-based portal would also contain eDetailing advisory boards that allow physicians and opinion leaders to participate, advise, share, and collaborate at a place and time that is most convenient for them. We will create and maintain authentic customer experiences via live and online campaigns for in-depth interactions and education. Overall this strategy will raise awareness for Zinbryta, help reduce sales and medical affairs costs, and further engage more healthcare professionals.
