A new year brings new funds

Professor Vincent Kuuire from the Department of Geography is one of 11 emerging scholars at UTM who has received funding from the Research and Scholarly Activity Fund (RSAF) from the Office of the Vice-Principal, Research (OVPR). The funds will support his project, "Understanding the occurrence of infectious diseases and non-communicable diseases in rapidly evolving urban environments."

Renovations to one of U of T Mississauga’s original buildings are officially underway with the beginning of major renovations to the William G. Davis Building. Built in 1972 and formerly known as the South Building, Davis was the second building constructed for Erindale College.

U of T releases sexual violence education and prevention training for all members of the University

The University of Toronto has released its sexual violence education and prevention training module for all students, staff, faculty and members of Governing Council.

The online resource is part of the University’s commitment that all of its community members should be able to study, work and live in a campus environment that is free from sexual violence.
