Monday, June 8, 2015 - 10:22am

RSA SecurID Card service at UofT will stop on June 30, 2015. After this date, the SecurID cards will no longer allow access to secure services such as AMS or ROSI.

UTM I&ITS is migrating all UTM SecurID Card users to the new eToken system.

  • If you still use the RSA SecurID Card (pictured above) to access a secure service such as AMS or ROSI, please submit a trouble ticket at http://helpdesk.utm.utoronto.ca/  and request an eToken.

Old SecurID cards can be dropped off at, or sent via campus mail to:  UTM I&ITS HelpDesk, CCT Building, 3rd floor, room CCT3133.

For more information on the eToken migration, please visit the eToken Implementation Plan website.

For any questions relating to the eTokens or SecurID cards at UTM please contact the I&ITS HelpDesk.
