UTM Network Connectivity Issues Resolved.

The following services are now running properly:

  • Local Call Center (Voicemail)
  • WebHelpDesk
  • Off Campus access to home directories
  • Access to personal websites
  • IMAP services

If you have any further issues, please submit a Trouble Ticket or contact the HelpDesk.

UTM Network Connectivity Issues March 3, 2014

Most network and web services have now been restored.

Currently the following services are down:

  • Local Call Center (Voicemail). All voicemail are still available via downtown though.
  • WebHelpDesk.
  • Off Campus access to home directories (SSH/SFTP).
  • Access to personal websites (w3 accounts).
  • IMAP services.

Scheduled Network Maintenance - February 28th 2014 from 5:00PM to 9:00PM

Scheduled maintenance will be performed by UTM Network Services on Friday, February 28th 2014 from 5:00PM to 9:00PM.

The following services will be intermittently affected during this time:
