I&ITS will be performing a scheduled network and server maintenance on June 5th from 5:00pm-9:00pm.  For any questions or concerns regarding this maintenance, please contact I&ITS help desk.

If you have received an email stating that the “Help Desk is currently migrating your UTORONTO.CA account to Exchange 2015”, this is a fraudulent email intended to steal your credentials and it should be deleted. Do not click on the link provided in this email message.

Scheduled Network Maintenance - Sunday, March 29th 6:00am - 10:00am

On Sunday, March 29, 2015,  Network Engineering would like to perform an upgrade on the UTM network core equipment from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Internet, inter-campus and intra-campus network connectivity, including the wireless service and Medical Academy, will experience disruptions and downtime during that period.

The upgrade will provide a larger number of 10Gig/s ports to the core infrastructure, which is a necessary step to increase overall network capacity for the campus.
