I&ITS launching two new services - UTSend and Wiki.UTM!

I&ITS is excited to announce the launch of two new services for collaborating with your colleagues – UTSend, and Wiki.UTM!

UTSend is the next iteration of the Dropbox.UTM service, for sending large files to colleagues at U of T, and beyond.  With UTSend, the files you drop off are securely stored in the U of T datacenter, and a pick-up link can be emailed to recipients anywhere, even if they aren't U of T community members.

We are LIVE!  The new IT Service Request and Incident tracking platform is officially launched!   All IT support tickets will be handled through the new ServiceNow ticketing system including a new community portal from which all staff and faculty can notify I&ITS of problems and/or request services. I&ITS Launching New Ticket System – Tomorrow Tuesday May 10th

The new IT Service Request and Incident tracking platform is launching tomorrow!    The WebHelpDesk ticketing system will be replaced with our new ServiceNow technology, a new service support platform that will help improve customer service to the UTM community. Starting tomorrow, Tuesday May 10th, all IT support tickets will be handled through the new ServiceNow ticketing system. A new community portal will be launched tomorrow from which all staff and faculty can notify I&ITS of problems and/or request services.  

New ticket system for I&ITS – Production launch Tuesday May 10th

On Tuesday May 10th, I&ITS is launching the replacement of the WebHelpDesk ticketing system with our new ServiceNow technology, a new service support platform that will help improve customer service to the UTM community.   I&ITS has been testing the new platform in a soft launch status since April 12th.  Starting Tuesday, May 10th, all IT support tickets will be handled through the new ServiceNow ticketing system.
