New ticket system for I&ITS – soft launch April 12

I&ITS is replacing their ticketing system with a new technology that will help improve customer service to the UTM community.  The ServiceNow platform is replacing the WebHelpDesk system. In preparation for a May 3rd production launch, I&ITS is implementing a three week soft launch period starting April 12.  During the transition period April 12-May 3, our existing product, WebHelpDesk, will still be operational. If a community member opens a ticket in WebHelpDesk during this transition period, their ticket will be transferred over to ServiceNow by one of our technicians and an explanatory note will be attached.
