New ticket system for I&ITS – Production launch Tuesday May 10th

On Tuesday May 10th, I&ITS is launching the replacement of the WebHelpDesk ticketing system with our new ServiceNow technology, a new service support platform that will help improve customer service to the UTM community.   I&ITS has been testing the new platform in a soft launch status since April 12th.  Starting Tuesday, May 10th, all IT support tickets will be handled through the new ServiceNow ticketing system. A new community portal will be launched on Tuesday from which all staff and faculty can notify I&ITS of problems and/or request IT services.  Updated links to the new community portal will be provided on the I&ITS website on Tuesday!
