I&ITS Launching New Ticket System – Tomorrow Tuesday May 10th

The new IT Service Request and Incident tracking platform is launching tomorrow!    The WebHelpDesk ticketing system will be replaced with our new ServiceNow technology, a new service support platform that will help improve customer service to the UTM community. Starting tomorrow, Tuesday May 10th, all IT support tickets will be handled through the new ServiceNow ticketing system. A new community portal will be launched tomorrow from which all staff and faculty can notify I&ITS of problems and/or request services.
