Guest Housing

Whether you are a new faculty or staff member relocating to University of Toronto (UofT), a university affiliated guest or a parent or family member of a UofT Mississauga student, the department of Student Housing & Residence Life can provide you with guest housing conveniently located on campus for a maximum stay of 3 weeks.

 Accommodation & Length of Stay

Our one-bedroom fully furnished apartment located in award-winning Erindale Hall can be booked nightly or weekly. The unit includes:

  • A queen sized bed
  • A pullout couch (double sized bed)
  • Fully equipped kitchen including appliances and basic kitchen items
  • A bathroom with stand-up shower
  • Housekeeping provided once a week
  • All linens and towels provided
  • Air-conditioned
  • Big screen TV with Rogers Basic Cable
  • High speed Internet
  • Laundry room adjacent to the unit (24 hour card operated secure access)

Room Rate

Cost per night = $117.46

Cost per week = $740.02

*All rates include the 13% HST Room Tax.

All fees must be paid at least three business days prior to arrival. Accepted methods of payment are VISA, MasterCard, Debit Card or Certified Cheque or Money Order payable to the University of Toronto.

Who can Make a Reservation

1. Faculty, Staff or University Affiliated Guest:

Guest housing arrangements for faculty, staff or university affiliated guests must be requested and reserved by the UofT department sponsoring the guest.

2. Parent or Family Member Visiting a UofT Mississauga Student:

Guest housing arrangements for a parent or family member visiting a UofT Mississauga student must be requested and reserved by the UofT Mississauga student.

How to Make a Reservation

The sponsoring UofT department or UofT Mississauga student must fill in the Guest Housing Request Form. Confirmations will be sent to the sponsor via e-mail. Please note that as the sponsor you will be responsible for the unit during your guest’s stay. Please review the Guest Housing Terms & Conditions before submitting your request. Cancellation Policy for Short Term & Visitor Accommodation:

Cancellations or changes made after less than 48 hours prior to move-in or no-shows are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night's rate.
