Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need when submitting an order?

The order must be submitted on our order form (which you must fill out before submitting the order).  The forms require your FIS number and details about how you would like your order to be produced (e.g. stapled, collated, or 3-hole punched, etc.)

Can I order UTM Stationery from the UTM Print & Copy Centre?

Yes.  UTM Stationery (business cards, letterhead, envelopes, notepads, etc.) can be ordered for production at the UTM Print & Copy Centre.  Your department administrator can create proofs for your stationery using the Automated Online Print Ordering System (your department administrator will have the link).  Once the proof has been approved, you can include the UTM Print & Copy Centre email (copy.utm@utoronto.ca) at the end of the ordering process so that your proofs can be sent to us for production.  We follow the specifications for bond, Pantone, and sizing as laid out in the Automated Online Print Ordering System.  For UTM stationery pricing, please contact us at 905-828-5248 or at copy.utm@utoronto.ca

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, and Departmental FIS numbers.

I just bought a brand new textbook and I want to have it copied. Does the Print & Copy Centre copy text books for personal use?

We do not photocopy textbooks. As well, we adhere to the Access Copy Gulidelines (and we hope you do as well).  If you need a few pages from your book according to the Access Copy Guidelines, you can do so at the Convenience Copiers located across Campus.
