Stress Busters

Are you stressed yet?!? 

Whether you are already feeling the stress of being back in classes or looking to learn new techniques to help manage your stress as the term goes on then Stress Busters can help!

Stress Busters are weekly workshop hosted by the Health & Counselling Centre that help you cope with the stressors faced by university students.  Each workshop tackles a different source of stress – school, exams, family, relationships – and offers you an opportunity to share your concerns with a supportive group.  Facilitators will also help you to better understand your stress response and provide strategies that you can use to better manage stress.

When:  Wednesday from 12:30pm – 2:00pm; Weekly beginning September 15th
