Current Project: Precision high-throughput phenotyping of functional traits in trees using UAVs for QTL studies. In collaboration with Natural Resources Canada, Canadian Forest Service, PrecisionHawk

Other ongoing Projects: Leaf2Canopy -  Improved characterization and integration of forest canopy structure and biochemistry for photosynthesis upscaling. In collaboration with ETH Zurich.

  • Functioning of terrestrial ecosystems using field, proximal and remote optical sensing techniques
