List of software freely available for download to all registered students, faculty and staff:
ESRI (ArcGIS)Software – The ArcGIS program is distributed through U of T's Map and Data Library, 5th Floor, Robarts Library, 130 St. George St., Toronto, Ontario M5S 1A5. Ph: (416)978-6745; Fax: (416)946-0522). Please contact the Map and Data Library (gis.maps@utoronto.ca), indicating CPS affiliation. The staff in the Library will verify and send links to download the software, and the licenses with instructions on how to activate. All steps can be done through internet. All licenses are valid for one year and will need to be renewed every year.

If you already have this version you can renew it for another year by:
1. Opening the program and clicking on the "Help" in the toolbar.
2. Choose "Activate" and then your info should appear in a pop-up window with
the serial numbers already filled in.
3. Click on "Activate over the internet" and it will reset the renewal to November 2015.
