Client Services

Client Services is your first point of contact for technical support on campus. We are responsible for the provisioning of IT services, including help hesk, desktop support, procurement of desktop/laptop, software licensing, provision of computer labs, and graphics design. Help Desk is the primary support centre for students, faculty and staff via phone, email and in person.  Service requests from faculty and staff are received through the Computing Services Trouble Ticket system. The following services are offered by Client Services.
