Hot Student Paper Double Feature

Jean-Paul PaluzziDo Hee LeeThis week we have two hot student papers, both first-authored by PhD student Do Hee Lee from the Lange and Orchard labs.

  1. Do Hee’s first paper this year is entitled: “Isolation, cloning and expression of the Crustacean Cardioactive Peptide gene in the Chagas’ disease vector, Rhodnius prolixus”, which appeared in Peptides. This paper was published in collaboration with Jean-Paul Paluzzi, former Ph.D. student in the Orchard lab. (Read this paper)
  2. Her second paper: “Crustacean cardioactive peptide in the Chagas’ disease vector, Rhodnius prolixus: Presence, distribution and physiological effects”, is hot off the presses at General and Comparative Endocrinology. (Read this paper)
