Tryouts

** The first tryout for the Women's D-League team will also be an open tryout for the UTM Eagles Varsity OCAA Soccer Team. 

All players must wear CLEATS AND SHIN GUARDS TO THE TRYOUTS!

If you have ever played at high school, college, university, rep or women's league soccer then we want to see you at a tryout. Come out to any of the posted tryouts or if you are unable to attend one, please contact Brittany Tierney at brittany.tierney@utoronto.ca.

We encourage all interested players to come out to the tryouts. 

League Format

The Development League will have 2 teams from the downtown St. George campus as well as the two Suburban Campuses, Scarborough and UTM. Season of play runs through the fall term only and will feature 6 league games + play-offs at UTM, UTSC and the St. George Varsity Centre fields. 

In addition to league games, the Development League team may also play in OCCCR Extramural tournaments against other OCAA College extramural teams.

Games will be played primarily on Sundays.  The team will have both home and away games.  Team will have a 1 practice per week.

Cost

There is NO cost to tryout or participate, transportation to and from games will be provided.

Only selected players will need to purchase a uniform:
Uniform Cost - approximately $65 + HST.  Note - team will wear the same Jerseys as Women's Outdoor Soccer D-League team.
Uniforms will change every 3-4 years.
Returning players in 2016-2017 can use the 2015-2016 purchased uniform.
