Paul Peca - RAWC Personal Trainer

Paul is a University of Toronto alumni and graduated with an honours bachelor of science.  He is a multi-sport athlete with a hockey, weightlifting, track and boxing background. He became interested in resistance training particularly from a realization that he came to as a teenager, that he was very physically weak.  Since then, years of independent study along with trial and error have yielded knowledge that is effective and evidence based. As your personal trainer, Paul will design a program that will be physically challenging and successful as you strive to reach your goals and make the changes to your lifestyle.  Paul's fitness motto is, 'For a strong will there is no substitute"- Paul.

Areas of Expertise

Paul has over 15 years of fitness and strength experience and has trained competitive minor hockey players in the GTA including his brother who plays Canadian University Hockey in the CIS.  Paul is continuously researching new training methodologies to be up to date on the best practices for strength and conditioning.
