Mohamed Hamdi - RAWC Personal Trainer

Mohamed is a fitness fanatic and certified personal trainer. His dream is to make people realize that anyone can better themselves physically and achieve a healthy, active lifestyle. Similarly, his goal is to help people along the way to that lifestyle and to teach them how to maintain it. He believes that there are no shortcuts; hard work with the right guidance are all that is needed to achieve almost anything. Along with his many years of experience in many sports such as soccer, squash, martial arts,etc... he also adds to his knowledge by reading scientific articles related to fitness and keeping up to date with new discoveries.
