Let’s hit it with Julia! She is a personal trainer and fitness instructor of many classes offered at the RAWC. She is able to take any beginner and make them into a gym lover. Julia is fast paced and loves to get people moving. No matter what the goal may be, she knows just the trick to get her clients into the best shape they can be. With a strong understanding of weight loss and strength training, she knows how to shed those extra pounds into RAWC hard abs!
