Hiro has 8 years of personal training experience working with a diverse clientele. Combining his education in Kinesiology with his competitive experience in Olympic weightlifting, he is able to help both beginner trainees and competitive athletes achieve optimal health and performance. He believes in keeping the mind and body young by continuous learning and consistent training.
