Ayah Abdeldayem - RAWC Personal Trainer

Ayah has an immense passion for health and fitness. She is an avid runner and currently competes for the University of Toronto Mississauga Varsity Cross Country team. Her experience with fitness and health promotion over the last few years has allowed her to better understand the benefits of physical activity and the importance of a holistic approach to training that encompasses both cardiovascular and strength components . She is eager to use this knowledge and enthusiasm to get individuals to be more active and to better their experience in the fitness environment. Moreover, she hopes to work with her clients to formulate tailored exercise programs that are not only effective, but enjoyable and sustainable over the long term.
