Meet Alana!  With a positive and caring attitude she works to cater programming to your unique fitness goals and aspirations.  Alanna comes from a background of competitive sports and coaching.  As a provincial winning lacrosse player Alana later made the switch to compete as a national-level sprint canoeist.  Alanna has experience in cardioscular and muscular conditionoing.  As someone who has trained with Olympic level coaches, Alanna believes in living a balanced lifestyle and making exercise a fun experience for people of all fitness levels.
