The Teaching-Learning-Collaboration Group is open to all UTM faculty.  Events are held throughout the academic year in order to facilitate collaboration with respect to teaching at the University of Toronto Mississauga Campus.

UTM Opportunities

Teaching Development and Innovation Grant (TDI): February 27, 2017

The TDI is a seed grant that provides a maximum of $2000 for a UTM faculty member to support the implementation and assessment of innovative practice in an undergraduate course at UTM.

Teaching Development Travel Grant (TDT): February 27, 2017

The TDD provides a maximum of $750 for a UTM instructor to present at a pedagogical conference or in the pedagogical track at a disciplinary conference.

University of Toronto Opportunities

Learning and Education Advancement Fund (LEAF) : November 11, 2016

This grant requires a letter of support from the Office of the Dean. Please submit applications to Andrew Petersen (andrew.petersen@utoronto.ca) by November 4 for consideration. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, with early submissions receiving feedback and the opportunity for resubmission.

Instructional Technology Innovation fund (ITIF): November 11, 2016

The Office of the Dean provides a limited amount of matching funds on a competitive basis. Please submit applications to Andrew Petersen (andrew.petersen@utoronto.ca) by November 4 for consideration. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, with early submissions receiving feedback and the opportunity for resubmission.
