What are the qualities of a good leader? How do you develop great leadership skills and hone these qualities to apply them in the real world? Susy Martins from Manulife Financial shares her path to leadership and insight on how to maximize your current skills to become an effective leader.

Susy Martins is Assistant Vice-President of HR Shared Services at Manulife Financial. She brings 15 years of international business experience, working in more than 15 countries in various operational and leadership roles at large multi-nations (3M, GE, Manulife). She speaks four languages and holds an undergraduate and Master’s degree from the Ivey School of Business at Western University.
