Online Procedures for Confirming Tests/Exams
14 days before your test/exam date you will receive an email in your @utoronto.ca account from the AccessAbility Resource Centre reminding you to confirm your upcoming test/exam using AIMS. The email will have a link that when you click on it will take you to the AIMS login page.
1) login using your UTORID and password.
2) click on 'Confirm Test/Exam' on the left menu
3) review your test/exam dates and time and click 'Confirm' to let the Centre know that you will be writing this specific test and require accommodations or 'Change this' if the test has been cancelled or rescheduled
10 days before your test/exam date you will receive a final reminder email message in your @utoronto.ca account to confirm your test/exam on AIMS. At 11:59 p.m. on the seventh day the confirmation will be closed and you will be removed from the test/exam schedule. As a result you will be required to write your test/exam with your class.
Please note that once you confirm, you will not receive additional confirmation reminder emails for that specific test/exam.
2 days prior to your test/exam, login to AIMS to find out the start time of your test and your room location.
